TERRENCE M. FOGARTY, B.A., M.B.A., is the Director
of Administration and Operations. He has approximately 30 years of managerial
experience, the majority of which has been within the professional service
environment. Prior to entering the legal community, he served as the Director of
Administration for the Fort Lauderdale office of a major public accounting firm.
His legal experience includes employment as the Director of Administration for a
Fort Lauderdale law firm, as well as the Client Accounting Manager for an
international law firm based in Richmond, Virginia. He received his Master's
degree in Business Administration, with distinction, from Long Island
University. He earned his Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the State
University of New York at Albany. He is a member of the National Association of
Legal Administrators.
