CRYSTAL L. AROCHA is admitted to practice law before all Florida state courts, as well as those of the Southern and Middle District. Her legal practice focuses on construction defect litigation, catastrophic injury and major claims unit cases, coverage issues and declaratory actions, foreclosure defense, condominium association disputes, lien law, and product defect, as well as premises and general liability. With respect to construction defect litigation, she has defended cases assigned to the complex litigation unit for special handling by the Florida State courts, and has represented owners, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors in a wide range of construction specialties and fields. Her general liability experience involves the defense of multinational, national and state-based private corporations, charter schools, condominium associations, and individuals. Ms. Arocha dedicates much of her practice to the Firm’s Construction Defect Litigation as well as its Insurance Coverage Division. She is a member of The Florida Bar Foundation, the Congressional Youth Leadership Counsel, and Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc, as well as the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute. |
