MICHAEL DAMIANO is a Specialized Paralegal with over
13 years of experience as an insurance claims adjuster and case manager. His
insurance industry background, combined with law firm experience, affords a
unique perspective regarding the needs and objectives of our clients. Michael
has managed first and third party claims on behalf of insurance companies, self-insureds,
and third party administrators, including those involving general liability and
automobile accidents. He has also assisted in the negotiation of settlements and
aided in the determination of coverage. In addition, Michael worked in the
Special Investigation Unit utilizing multiple databases and coordinating
investigations into suspicious claims with state and local law enforcement
authorities. He maintains a Florida All Lines Adjuster’s license and is
currently working toward his paralegal certification.
