MARILU COFFMAN is a Florida Registered Paralegal
with over 30 years of experience as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury,
medical malpractice, closed head injury, securities (SEC and NASD), family law,
construction litigation, and business and commercial litigation. She has worked
on cases from pre-suit to trial. In addition to providing paralegal support in
many State Court cases, she has assisted with numerous Federal and Appellate
Court matters as well.
Ms. Coffman earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from
Broward Community College, as
well as Paralegal Certification from Nova Southeastern University.
Currently, Ms. Coffman is a member of the Florida Bar, Paralegal Association of
Florida, Inc., the Boca Raton Chapter of PAF, and also serves as the Chapter
Director for the Susan G. Komen 2010 Race for the Cure. She is actively involved
in her community raising funds for several charitable causes including: American
Diabetes Association, Juvenile Diabetes Association, Leukemia & Lymphoma
Foundation, and Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.
