CHRISTA
L. SANCHES is a Certified Paralegal (CP)
with over 17 years experience in the legal field, working with both
in-house counsel and with private law firms. She also achieved notable
distinction as a Certified Florida Legal Assistant (CFLA) in November,
2006 through the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. and in August, 2008
became a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP). Ms. Sanches
earned an Associates degree in Business Administration from Broward
Community College. She is also a member of the National Association of
Legal Assistants (NALA).
Ms. Sanches has extensive experience in the firm's litigation division,
concentrating on insurance defense, insurance coverage, medical and dental
malpractice, and personal injury litigation. She assists Douglas M. McIntosh
with his affiliation with Defense Research Institute (DRI). Additionally, she
has experience with law office and financial resource management, having worked
in both capacities during her career.
Ms. Sanches possesses excellent litigation file management skills and is adept
in the production and organization of all aspects of discovery in litigation.
She has a command for trial preparation and assisting attorneys during extended
and complex jury trials. Additionally, she enjoys a command for PowerPoint
software and other aspects of assisting attorneys in developing valuable visual
presentations for use in trials and other legal proceedings through the use of
computer technology.
