WILLIAM S. MARCISZ is admitted to practice law before all Florida state courts, as well as those of the Middle District. He earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Western Connecticut, and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Marcisz was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. His legal practice focuses on medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, construction defects, premises liability, and commercial litigation, as well as appellate matters. Prior to pursuing his legal education, Mr. Marcisz gained over 20 years of experience in the field of hospital security administration which provided him with a unique insight into the challenges faced by medical personnel. He is assigned to the Medical Malpractice/Healthcare Law Division of the Firm’s Orlando office under the direction of Office Managing Partner, Terese M. Latham, and headed up Firm-wide by Partner, James C. Sawran.

Mr. Marcisz is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.
