MANUEL R. COMRAS is a trial attorney with over ten years of successful civil litigation experience based in the West Palm Beach office. Prior to joining McIntosh, Sawran, Peltz & Cartaya, P.A., Mr. Comras was a shareholder at a major medical malpractice defense firm where he specialized in the defense of physicians and medical professionals in all facets of litigation, including appeal. He is admitted to practice in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, as well as the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Comras has also successfully handled many complex litigation matters for both the Defense and for Plaintiffs, including civil rights cases, commercial litigation disputes, construction defect lawsuits, employment matters, and all types of personal injury cases including automobile and premises liability matters.
