John C. Webber is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Connecticut. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Connecticut and earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1999. His legal practice focuses on healthcare issues and the liability of healthcare professionals, general liability litigation, maritime law and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to relocating to Florida, Mr. Webber’s practice focused on nursing home negligence, medical malpractice and general liability. He also handled many complex litigation matters, including class action lawsuits, civil rights cases and construction accidents in both state and federal court. In addition, he worked with clients to develop better quality assurance programs and to assist with proactive risk management.


Mr. Webber has published articles dealing with nursing home negligence and co-authored a chapter on Managed Care Liability in a book on Nursing Malpractice. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
