DONNA M. WILSON-SAMPSON is a Senior Associate, resident in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. Her industry expertise includes insurance coverage, general insurance defense, and admiralty and maritime law.  Ms. Wilson-Sampson specializes in insurance coverage matters relating to disability and ERISA, general liability, and first-party property.  Ms. Wilson-Sampson received her J.D from the Pace University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Legal Studies, from  John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
 

She is admitted to the Florida, New York and New Jersey state bars, as well as the United States District Court for and the Southern, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Southern District of New York; and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Wilson-Sampson is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Broward County Bar Association. Ms. Wilson-Sampson has been approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as a Continuing Education Instructor to the insurance industry.
