BIOGRAPHY
CAROL L. FINKLEHOFFE received her J.D., cum laude, from the
University of Miami in 1994 and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Boston College
in 1991. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, California and
Massachusetts. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court,
Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh
Circuit.
Ms. Finklehoffe has a wide array of general litigation and insurance defense
experience. She has focused her practice on defending ship owners against claims
brought by passengers and crew members in both Federal and State courts. Ms.
Finklehoffe has also developed a specialty in investigating and defending sexual
assault and wrongful death cases. In addition, she has significant expertise in
cases involving catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice and complex tort
litigation claims. Ms. Finklehoffe provides advise and assists port agents in
matters relating to U.S. Customs and I.N.S. regulations. |
