BIOGRAPHY

ALEIDA M. MIELKE specializes in the defense of complex medical malpractice, pharmaceutical product liability and premises liability cases. Since her admission to the Bar in 1996, she has focused her practice on the defense of hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians and dentists in both state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings.

Ms. Mielke received her J.D. from the University of Miami and her undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of Florida. She is admitted to both the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Mielke is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council Inc.. She is fluent in Spanish, as well as American Sign Language.
