Firm Maximizes Utilization Of Facilities To Further Enhance Client Service

In light of our ongoing efforts to enhance client service while effectively utilizing our multiple office locations, we have some exciting developments to share which achieve both of the above objectives. As of July 1, Equity Partner Carmen Cartaya and Associate Marilyn Garcia have taken up residency in the Firm's Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Cartaya, who has been with the Firm since its inception in 1989, will retain access to an available office in Miami in order to sustain her high level of service to her many clients throughout Dade County. Our Miami-Dade clients can continue to reach her at 888-944-1349. At the same time, Ms. Cartaya's residency in Fort Lauderdale will afford proximity to other key resources within the Firm's Medical Malpractice/Healthcare Law Division, including James Sawran who heads up the team. As well, Ms. Cartaya's central location will afford greater access to clients throughout South Florida, and elsewhere, both within and outside the state. Our Broward County clients may reach her at 954-765-1001, extension 134. Our clients outside of Dade and Broward Counties may reach Ms. Cartaya at either of the above telephone numbers.

Ms. Garcia, who has worked for the firm since 2001 as a Law Clerk, and as an Associate since being admitted to the Bar in 2003, is an integral part of Ms. Cartaya's work group, as is Mr. James O'Hara, who is already resident in Fort Lauderdale. The same, toll-free number applies to each of them.

Equity Partner Bob Peltz, who heads up the Firm's Admiralty & Maritime Division, along with his Partner Carol Finklehoffe, and Associate Alejandra Masso, will retain residency in the Miami office where they can best serve the Firm's clients within this practice area, not only in Metro Dade, but also throughout the state and beyond. The Firm continues to maintain its presence in West Palm Beach, as well as the Orlando/Maitland area.
